Kelsey & Andrew chose the perfect late fall day for their wedding day at The Lodge Skaneateles. The weather was literally perfect for a late fall day and there were still lingering colorful leaves on the trees, we got so lucky!! If you’ve ever been to Skaneateles, you know how charming the town is, so then you add in the magical touch of a wedding day and it’s amazing! Kelsey & Andrew found a cute airbnb just outside of Skaneateles that had two houses, a great set up for the bridal party to stay at for the weekend and get ready in the morning. It’s so handy to have getting ready happening right next to each other, if you have that option when you are planning your wedding, definitely try to make that happen 🙂 One of our favorite hair stylists from Binghamton, Riley Burns, did Kelsey’s hair and the energy in the house was undeniable. The girls were the ultimate hype squad!

The limos picked up Andrew & Kelsey and drove them downtown to the waterside in Skaneateles for their first look. It was a lovely time for the two of them to have some time together, sharing their handwritten vows, and getting some photos taken! We then headed to St. Mary’s Church in Auburn, NY for their ceremony. After I dos, we headed to The Lodge Skaneateles for the party! First up was portraits at the beautiful property with the pond and autumn colors! Then the epic cocktail hour and reception began! The Lodge’s service is top notch, from the time to enter in the door and you’re handed champagne until the late night snack as you head out the door, they keep you fed with the most delicious food and drinks! Shabby Sisters decorated the venue and it was stunning! Love their touches all throughout and Joelle from The Lodge was impressed with how professional they were in setting everything up!
