Jen & Steven traded the winter weather for the beautiful Bahamas weather in January to get married!! From the very first phone call, you could tell Jen & Steven were the type of couple who were laid back, madly in love and wanted to have fun! Wouldn’t you be excited if you got an invite to a friends wedding in the Bahamas? I am pretty sure all of their guests had the best time at their wedding and made memories to last a lifetime in their weekend in the Bahamas!

Our team, Katelyn & Hannah, stepped in to photograph this wedding as Seneca and Paul were at home with their new little one and it was so fun to get to see all the fun they had through the photos! The girls started the day in their room with hair & makeup & some pizza before getting ready to head to the ceremony! Steven’s reaction to seeing Jen walk down the aisle is the sweetest! I love how you can feel their JOY after their first kiss as Mr & Mrs as they danced down the aisle to head to their cocktail hour!! We say it over and over but you can really see it first hand with this wedding … when you trust your wedding vendors and can just relax and have fun without worrying about all the little details, you will have the best day and you’ll get the best photos!

The cocktail hour took place on the lawn with the view of the ocean in front of them and twinkling lights overhead! The champagne was poured and tears were shed for toasts and laughter filled the air during dinner. It was what wedding dreams are made of! And then it was party time!! Shoes came off as everyone headed to the beach to dance the night away!
