Miranda and Cole celebrated their summer wedding at Barn at Glistening Pond in August and it was such a lovely day! The most perfect weather, most perfect couple, most perfect celebration! Miranda’s mom celebrated in heaven and the love surrounding Miranda while getting ready was so strong. It is amazing when women surround each other with love and support, there was so many touches in honor of Miranda’s mom and it made us smile every time we saw them as you just know she was smiling down on this beautiful day! One of our favorite moments of the day was when we recreated a photo that Miranda’s mom had taken on her wedding day, a portrait of the bride with all her bridesmaids bouquets spread out on the train of the dress. Rosie, the sweetest golden retriever, was the flower dog of the day and loved all the attention! 

The ceremony was in the small barn at Glistening Pond overlooking the pond, it was filled with tears, laughter, and heartfelt vows. They said “I Do” and then we headed outside to do some family photos! It was a big family and we love being able to capture those big family formals. It is rare that everyone is in the same place at the same time so it’s always special to get those photos together. Then it was on to bridal party photos by the pond during cocktail hour. The couple joined the guests for the reception in the main barn! It is so nice to have an enclosed barn during the summer months and have AC! A huge perk of a wedding at Barn at Glistening Pond! The large wrap around deck is also a huge hit during the reception as the sun dips below the tree line and the dance party goes on in the barn! 

We headed out to do some golden hour photos and then had a dessert break at Mannings Ice Cream Truck in the parking lot! Talk about the best summer wedding dessert! Everyone loved it!
