Helene & Kyle have been some of our biggest supporters for many years and we have loved being a part of their engagement and wedding day and now getting to photograph their precious family! It is always the biggest honor to be a photographer for all of life’s special moments for couple’s that we have photographed their wedding. Helene grew up in Montrose, PA area but they now are both attorneys in NYC so we were happy they could make a trip back to the area for family photos! The studio in Binghamton was the perfect spot for family photos in November, we started with a Christmas set and then the girls changed into their stunning matching Ivy City Co dresses for family photos you can use year round and hang on your wall!

Our biggest tip for getting family photos you love is to have no expectations – kids pick up on your stress and feed off from that but if you are relaxed, we promise you will get amazing photos! Bring a bottle or snack and we can take as many breaks as the kiddos need. Bring a recording of their favorite song to play to get them to smile. We do not recommend bringing favorite toys as they get older unless you are ok with the toys being in the photos because once they see the toy, it’s a bit tricky to get the toy back away from them without tears!
