A tulip field all to ourselves at sunset was a DREAM COME TRUE! Brown Hill Farms is located right outside of Tunkhannock PA and this was their first year of having tulips! I spend many August days at their farm in the sunflower patch so I was so excited for tulips! Then Covid-19 happened so their farm was only able to have drive through tours … so sad! But a miracle happened … the stars aligned and the date of our county moving to yellow coincided with the last day the tulips were going to be alive & beautiful! 

So Chippy White Table, Brown Hill Farms and Seneca Ryan Co got busy to plan photos in the tulip field! (More on that soon!) Of course we needed sample photos to show how stunning it was! 

My sister Hunter was our photographer to snap a few engagement photos of Paul & I. We have spent 99% of the last 10+ weeks in sweats & t-shirts so it was fun to get to dress up a bit and have a happy evening! 

Engagement photos are the perfect opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding day and whenever I get in front of the camera, I always have a renewed sense of appreciation for all our couples! It’s hard to be in front of the lens and know what to do with your hands and where to look and act natural and smile! If you & your fiancé are not “picture people”, that’s even more of a reason to have engagement photos taken so you know what to expect come wedding day!! 🙂 

We are now booking engagement photos for late summer and fall 2020!
