Margaret was traveling as a travel nurse when she originally met this cute guy from back home named Jesse! Over the next few years, their love grew even through the long distance and they traveled all over the country together! In 2019, Jesse proposed by their Christmas tree in their first home together, with their dog right there with them! Jesse & Margaret are tackling the big projects of planning a wedding, renovating their home and Margaret being an ICU nurse during a pandemic all at the same time! It’s been a busy year for them!

We were so excited with Margaret suggested her family’s property in Brackney for engagement photos! It was the prime foliage week and the prettiest golden hour for photos and we couldn’t help but daydream about what life will look like for these two in 10 years, 15 years, 30 years … maybe with this as their front yard! Their dog Benji loved running around and exploring during photos and we even wrangled him in for some cute photos too!! The key to including pets in engagement photos is 1. No expectations. Whatever happens, happens! 2. Bring someone along to help with your pets while you get photos taken. 3. Bring treats!!
