Shannon and RJ went to the same high school but they didn’t meet until college where they immediately fell in love! Shannon describes themselves as yin and yang…opposites attract as they say!! They will be saying “I do” at the Barn at Glistening Pond this Fall and after meeting them for their engagement photos, I’m […]

Arianna and John’s engagement session was full of laughter…just how I like it!! Engagement sessions are a great way for couples to get in front of my camera and then come the wedding day, they are more relaxed about the photos! The number one thing I hear is “we are really awkward in front of […]

Beaumont Inn Engagement Session / Dallas, Pennsylvania

Cooper’s family farm is right over the hill from my family’s property so we have gotten to know the Hewitt’s since we moved over 8 years ago! Oftentimes you will find one of my brother’s down at the barn helping with chores or just checking in on the neighborhood news. 2.5 years ago, the boys […]

Madie and I have been friends since I was 5 and she was 2…well our families met then and our parents became best friends so we were forced to hang out with each other a lot. It’s crazy to think back on all of the memories we’ve shared together, the crazy things we have done, […]

Madie & Cameron / Montrose Engagement Session

Dylan & Katherine are high school sweethearts and how they met makes me smile every time I hear the story! Dylan went to Montrose, Katherine went to Blue Ridge and one night Dylan was having dinner with the football team before the big game and Katherine was on the court playing volleyball. She rolled her […]

Over the past year, Brit has become a dear friend to me, we’ve traveled together, shared many heart to heart conversations and always laugh way too much when we are together. Over lunch one day at Twigs, she was talking to me about her boyfriend JD. One of my favorite questions to ask people is […]

Brit & JD / Engagement Session at Chippy White

  1. You’re able to become comfortable in front of the camera  The number one question that I am asked when a couple starts their session is “Okay, what do you want us to do?” This let’s me know they may be a little nervous of the unexpected. I get it, how often do we take professional […]

5 Reasons Why Engagement Sessions are Important

It was good looks that attracted them to each other…both of them saw a photo of the other through mutual friends and it piqued their interest. Andrew & Jenny started texting before finally meeting for their first date in Tunkhannock which was the halfway point between Scranton & Montrose. Before long, Jenny was coming home […]

A little over a month ago, a very strange inquiry email arrived in my inbox requesting to book engagement photos for November 2. I responded and honestly didn’t even think I’d get a reply because it seemed like spam. But I got a response and this time the name came through as “Nick Durling”…and that […]

They just kept seeing each other in the most unexpected places, which had both of them thinking about each other. They would be flirty & talk a little bit but nothing would come of it because timing wasn’t right.  Gennaro asked her out several times and she took some convincing but finally agreed and within a […]
