Bekah and Matt are two of the most selfless caring people… Bekah is a PA and Matt is a nurse and the fire department where Matt is a captain at introduced them. Their lives are full of helping others and their friends lives are the same! It was so cool to get to hear how they serve their community through the fire department and how everyone in the department becomes like family!

Rustic Farmhouse for the Ceremony & Reception

The day started with hair & makeup done by the woman who has done Bekah’s hair since she was 4 years old in the farmhouse at the Farm at Cottrell Lake. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the attention to detail at Farm at Cottrell Lake is unbelievable. Melissa and Brian, the owners, are absolutely amazing to work with and have created such a beautiful haven for people to come get married at. Everyone is always so relaxed when we arrive to a wedding there! The farmhouse is a gorgeous, full of light place for the girls to get ready while the guys have a cool space in the bottom of the barn with rustic barn wood elements.
The groomsmen & Matt were in charge of decorating the ceremony area while the girls finished getting ready. Bekah decorated the whole barn with help from her mom & bridesmaids. Everything was handpicked. Because of their involvement in the fire department, they wanted to have firetrucks in photos…the old one was so neat!
