Erykah & Gennaro’s wedding day was straight out of a dream… the details, the love, the party – it was all so fun!! I’ve been looking forward to their wedding day since I met them for their engagement session last fall and it didn’t disappoint!
Gennaro went from the guy that Erykah always seemed to running into, that kept asking her out (it took 8 times before she said yes!) to the guy at the end of the church aisle, crying as he watched his daughter & wife walk down to meet him. Their little girl, Lucianna, was such a precious little flower girl & she had her daddy crying! And then the tears started flowing again when Erykah came through those doors! What a sweet moment!!
The girls got their hair & makeup done at the brand new Alexander’s Salon & Spa in Downtown Wilkes-Barre (if you are looking for a beautiful space to get beautified in, LOOK NO FURTHER! It’s seriously amazing & the staff there is incredible!) before heading back to Woodlands to get ready for the big day! The father/daughter first look made me cry, and the bridesmaids first look got us all crying again! So many happy tears!
A Stunning Reception at Friedman Farms Created by The Chippy White Table
Erykah, Gennaro & Lu spend a lot of time at Hillside Farms getting ice cream & watching the animals so we had to stop there on the way to Friedman Farms for a few pictures (& an ice cream cone!). The Chippy White Table girls created such a beautiful reception space for everyone to enjoy at Friedman Farms, along with Carmen Flower Shop! We loved working with the ladies of Clover Event Co as the wedding planners & the Electric City Bakehouse cupcakes at the end of the night were delish!
