Their love story could be made into a country song, I can picture the music video in my head…pretty blond girl walks into a bar and the guys nudge each other and right then Derek knew this girl was different. Sarah on the other hand needed convincing that this guy was different from the rest. She’d even go as far as saying that she didn’t like him at all at first. Yet here we are and they are married! Life is a crazy thing and I’m so glad to have a front row seat to so many couples love stories! 

They chose to get married at The Barn at Glistening Pond in Falls, PA (in between Tunkhannock and Clarks Summit) and it couldn’t have been more perfect of a setting for their laid back celebration! The forecast was rain all day but God smiled down on them and the sun came out! 

Sarah’s maid of honor did her hair, all the girls hung out in the bridal suite and eyes welled up with tears when she got into her dress. She was a bride and a beautiful bride to boot! I love that Derek and Sarah chose to do a first look, and it just happened to be when the sun came out! 

The barn was beautifully adorned by ferns and cute details from Chippy White Table and the guests feasted on Peculiar Culinary appetizers and dinner! Such a wonderful day for a wonderful couple! Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Gleason!!
