There simply isn’t words to describe the beauty of today at Sadie & Aquilla’s wedding! God was so evidently there & everything kept pointing back to Him through the worship songs during the ceremony to the testimony of both of their lives told through their friends who spoke at the reception. These two are living fully for Christ & it was such a joy to see the beautiful unity happen today!

This Lancaster wedding was held at a private farm in Lancaster County and it was like driving up to a French farm I felt like. It was stunning, from the brick and stonework to the picture perfect fields with cattle grazing in the background. I could photograph a wedding there every weekend! 

Sadie and Aquilla both grew up in the Amish community and left several years ago. They met at a mutual friends home one night when they were there for small group. It took a while for Aquilla to talk Sadie into giving him a chance but they work so great together. Sadie is the sweetest girl you’ll meet and Aquilla is the solid, strong man of the house. Most of both of their families are still in the Amish community so it was a huge deal for the family to come to this celebration. What a special thing to get to witness watching those special moments between everyone.
