Steve & Kelly met at grad school in Philadelphia & became friends. They played basketball against each other & then were teammates on the co-ed flag football team. The rest is history. Their love grew the more they hiked, ran or mountain biked together. They moved to California together for additional training and then moved back “home” to begin their careers as a family doctor & working in physical medicine. Steve proposed in 2014 and in 2015, their little family grew as they welcomed sweet Andi Emma into their lives.
Their wedding day was beautiful fall day, at the peak of fall foliage, and we arrived at their home in Waverly to the girls finishing up with hair (Kelly from HEX Studio did an amazing job!!) & the music on! Their house was the cutest historical home that was perfect for photographing wedding details in…and oh the details! Kelly’s taste in style was effortless & simple yet so beautiful. Just wait until you see her dress!!
Steve & Kelly opted for a first look out in from of their house with their pup & daughter…so precious! Everyone then walked across the street to the Waverly Community House for some photos before heading to The Barn at Glistening Pond.
The guests were welcomed with wine & asked to be seated for a unique & personal ceremony, truly showing what makes Steve & Kelly a perfect couple. There were tears all around as they vowed to love each other. The rest of the evening was spent on the deck, enjoying good food from Epicurean Delight, fine wine, & their family & friend’s company!
